Smash Burgers & Fries – $1000 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all residents of Barbados aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Smash Burgers & Fries, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The giveaway begins on October 1, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM AST.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

Participants must create their craziest burger order at Smash Burgers & Fries.

Take a photo of the order and upload it to Instagram.

Tag @smash.barbados and include the hashtag #mysmash246 in the caption.

Send the photo via Direct Message (DM) to @smash.barbados.

4. Publication of Entries

Selected entries will be published on the official Smash Burgers & Fries Instagram feed.

By entering, participants grant Smash Burgers & Fries full rights to publish, edit, adapt, and use submitted photos and related content for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be determined by the highest-voted photo (likes and engagement on the official @smash.barbados feed).

Smash Burgers & Fries’ decision is final and binding.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a cash prize of $500 BBD and a voucher valued at $500 BBD, totaling $1000 BBD.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other goods or services.

7. Announcement of Winner

The winner will be announced on the official Smash Burgers & Fries Instagram page within 7 days of the contest ending.

The winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

Smash Burgers & Fries reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the requirements or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.

Smash Burgers & Fries reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

9. Liability Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Participants understand that they are providing their information to Smash Burgers & Fries and not to Instagram.

Smash Burgers & Fries will not be held responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any issues outside its reasonable control.

By participating, entrants release Instagram and Smash Burgers & Fries from all liability related to this giveaway.
